A1A2 Jersey Raw Milk - 1/2 gal - Whole
Raw Milk produced on my homestead is not subject to state inspections or other public health regulations. Raw milk does not require pasteurization or grading. Animals are vet checked and healthy. Bacteria testing is done routinely. Raw milk is strained and poured into new 1/2 gal jugs and sealed with tamper-evident lids, labeled, dated, and cooled to 40 degrees or less within the hour. All other dairy products are made with either whole or skimmed milk following this same process. Cream is taken off the top and not through a separator.
